Very useful app. Wish it took up less memory space.

Have to open and close a bunch of times until youre lucky enough to have it work. Otherwise everything you need from a library app.

This app has a lot of great things but it really needs an update. Lately it rarely loads and when it does it usually crashes shortly after. It would also be great if there was some form of push notification for when your materials come available. I love EPL!!!

Great idea but why cant I see your full book reserve and put on hold for actual pickup. I dont want only e books and it seems like when I want to put a book on hold it tells am I cant.

this app has recently become painfully slow and crashes more often than not. Please fix!!!

This app is helpful and efficient. However, it would be fantastic if it were available for iPad too!

Suddenly signed me out of my account, now wont take my pin or log me back in. I know its not my pin because I can still log onto the website.

Can now use to check out books IRL too! Brilliant!

I loved this app BEFORE and would have given it full stars-- now its down to one star! This app uses ALLOT of data. I have kept it on my phone because I felt it was worth while until now. With iOS 7 it is no longer working ( will not let me sign in AND it just says its loading and does not actually load) please fix ASAP.

Still cant login after the iOS 7 update. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. The keyboard does not appear. And there are no spaces to enter username and password. Just the "login" and "cancel" options are available.

iPhone 5 w/ iOS 7, cant place holds, every time I tap on it the option to do so disappears, have to use the mobile site. Weak.

Now has a bug that when you try to extend a suspended hold the day for the end of the suspension always reverts to the current day of the month. The new icon has an absurdly small logo and name on it making difficult to recognize and hard to read.

It wont let me sign in to my account. And keeps bugging out.

The back-button takes a massive step back from the previous version of this app. Not only is it not styled in iOS 7, it doesnt even conform to the iOS 6 style. Worst back button I have seen in any app. The icon is a step back as well. Instead of relying on the visual logo, they decide to squeeze in "epl.ca" into the tiny square icon. Thank you so much. As if I dont have a title underneath it. I dont know who EPL is hiring to develop their app, but whoever it is has no taste or style. Or else management is hindering the development of the app.

I really enjoy having mobile access to my EPL account, however my one complaint is how long it takes to load the app, waiting for the latest items reviews to load on the opening screen. This step often takes a full minute.

I really like using this app on my phone to quickly search for books that friends recommend or even books I see at the bookstore. I’ll be back to give it 5/5 stars once it has passbook integration so I can access my library card at any time without unlocking my iPhone.

I love this app. But lately it hasnt been working very well. Sometimes I have to login 4 or 5 times before it works.

A must have for any EPL user! Now, with the iOS 7 enhancements, its even more speedy and responsive!

So after the update in August 2014 the app does not seem to function properly. Checked out books are not listed in date due chronologically and not all items checked out are listed. Please fix. Thanks for your hard work.
